Mary Shea, PhD has written a wonderful, timely and insightful article entitled "CRM’s Singularity Fades As New Technologies Mature" which I'm sure was not intended to produce much laughter to the reader. But, for the first seven pages, I was laughing and nodding my head in agreement with every word she wrote along with saying "That happened to me at XXX Company" and "That's exactly what happened to the CRM platform when our company merged with YYY Company" and many other points of agreement.


It's a great read and I hope you will take a few moments to gain this valuable perspective.
